  • What is clinical soft tissue and remedial massage therapy?
Clinical Soft Tissue and Remedial Massage is a specialist therapy that is used to address and treat a specific problem i.e. acute to chronic injuries. A range of hands-on techniques will be used with the aim to facilitate a change to the soft tissue layers, with the primary goal to reduce pain and discomfort. I will focus on working the layers of the muscle tissue, tendons and fascia to restore functional movement and encourage postural change. This will help to restore correct muscle tone, symmetry and balance with the goal of realigning the soft tissue influence on joint position.
